Fugly free throws

Sacramento forward Laura Harper has a case of the Hack-a-Shaq. She is terrible from the free throw line where she shoots about 58% . I'm guessing one of her coaches (probably a bad joke gone horribly wrong) instructed her to shoot one-handed free throws not only in practice, but in public with thousands of people watching. Laura dutifully followed the instructions and she still shot 50% from the line. She's a professional basketball player for Christ sake! Just use two hands and chuck it up there. It can't be any more repulsive than that one-handed shot! Kudos to Harper for putting aside her ego and practicing her form, even if it is in front of a national audience on ESPN 2. Maybe when the series is over and Sacramento is no longer a threat (who am I kidding. They were never a threat) San Antonio Silver Star Becky Hammon, who shoots 94% from the stripe, can teach Laura how to shoot a free throw.
